Cancellation Politcy

 

Workshop Series

  • Registration for the workshop series closes 3 days prior to the first session.

  • Any registrations made and accepted in the last 3 business days before the session are non-refundable.

  • If you register for the series but cannot attend:

    • More than 30 days before the course starts, there is no fee for withdrawal from a course. A full refund will be provided for all fees paid.

    • If you withdraw more than 10 business days but less than 30 days before the course starts, 20% of the course fee is a non-refundable course administration fee. If you register for and attend a course with Humanagement within one year, the course administration fee will be applied to reduce your course investment at the time you attend the course.

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellation done 10 or less business days prior to the course start date

    • You may transfer your registration to another person who will attend in your place.

  • A Certificate of Completion will be provided only to students who attend and participate in the entire series as scheduled.

  • We reserve the right to change the course content, location, dates, or instructors.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any course. If we cancel we will provide a full refund.

  • In the event of any liability resulting from any aspect of our courses for any reason, such liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

Individual Workshop Sessions

  • Registration for each individual session closes at noon the day prior to the session.

  • Any registrations made and accepted in the last 29 hours prior to the session are non-refundable.

  • If you register for a session but cannot attend:

    • More than 30 days before the session starts, there is no fee for withdrawal.  A full refund will be provided for all fees paid.

    • If you withdraw more than 10 business days but less than 30 days before the session starts, 20% of the session fee is a non-refundable administration fee. If you register for and attend a session/course with Humanagement within one year, the administration fee will be applied to reduce your course investment at the time you attend the course.

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellation done 10 or less business days prior to the session start date

    • You may transfer your registration to another person who will attend in your place.

    • If you have registered for and missed a session earlier on in the series you may opt (if space permits) to attend a session later in the series.

  • No certificates will be provided for attendance at individual sessions (only those who register for and complete the whole series will receive a certificate of completion.

  • We reserve the right to change the session content, location, dates, or instructors.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any session. If we cancel we will provide a full refund.

  • online - please complete electronic form and pay online.

  • by mail - please download and print the form and send completed form with cheque payable to Humanagement at 3087 Airport Road, Timmins, ON P4N 7C3
